Hello Readers,
I was away at ARC last week, a fascinating conference which encourages us to “tell a better story”, and appreciate where we come from, the civilisation into which we have all been born here in the West. So forgive this delay in releasing my second chapter. This second chapter in my ‘lessons for life’ tells the unique love story of my parent’s courtship and how to love well, which was taught to me by my own dear parents example. Love that is shown through how they lived their own outward looking, all embracing lives. I hope it gives you a good insight into what “love” is (agape - i.e. self-sacrifice) and what “love” isn’t (i.e. only eros - simply physical or looking inwards). Love, it turns out, is all of the four words the Greeks used to describe love and possibly even more…
I hope hearing their story will bless you in your own quest for living and loving well and ….

My own parent’s courtship had a similar theme to that of my grandparents. Their first date was really almost well, when they were engaged. And whilst I could do this book in chronological order, I feel themes might be a better way…
